1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dreamium platform ("Platform"), including Dreamium Identity, CoLab, Mythos, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems
- Upload malicious content, spam, or automated requests
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including journal entries, review moments, profile information, and messages. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.
5. Connections and Messaging (CoLab)
When you connect with another user, certain profile information is shared according to your context type and visibility settings. Messages sent through the Platform are stored to provide the messaging service and are visible only to conversation participants.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Availability and Changes
The Platform is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the update on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
